EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Returns:
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have up to 14 days after the day of delivery of your order to return the product(s) and receive a refund, provided that the returned product(s) are in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt. This means that the product should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact. Please kindly note that returns with signs of use will be rejected.
Please contact us of your intent to return any products to us, the same week you received it/them and include your order number in the email.
We will email you our return shipping address.
Leafling is not liable for the cost of returns. Please send your returns via a tracked delivery service. We can't accept responsibility for lost packages. If you are outside of the EU Trade Zone, fill out your customs declarations correctly stating "return of goods to the business owner no custom charges due". If the Custom labels are incorrectly filled out we are not liable for any customs charges and the parcel will be returned to sender.
Include your order number or a copy of your invoice in your return package, so we know which order to refund upon receiving it.
Refunds:
The refundable amount only applies to the price that was paid for the product(s), meaning the shipping costs (of both ways) will not be refunded and remain the client's responsibility. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new product.
Damages and issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there's any damage that occurred during shipping so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Leafling is not liable if you ordered the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
custom products (such as personalized items)
digital items
products that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
Gift Cards or items purchased during the launches of our Seconds Collections.
if the wrong shipping address was provided at the time of your order (for more info please read or shipping policy)
if the buyer did not accept the delivery of the parcel (for more info please read or shipping policy)
