Order processing times:
Processing time for ready to ship item is 3 - 6 business days.
Processing time for made to order item is currently 3 - 6 weeks after receipt of payment.
Make sure you ordered the correct item, if you are unsure about the material or color of the item you ordered, please read the listing description fully or if it is unclear contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. This way we can cancel your order and provide a full refund if needed.
Make sure the shipping address you provided is up to date and you will be able to accept delivery of your parcel during business hours on the address provided. If you are unable to accept delivery within 5 business days, the shipping provider will automatically dispose of it after which we can not provide a refund for you. If the wrong shipping address was provided at the time of your order, please contact us here within 24 hours of your purchase.
In the email please include your order number and your full name and correct shipping address.
If the item was already shipped or delivered, we are unable to refund the order or ship a new one. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a valid shipping address at the time of the order and Leafling Kft. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value if the incorrect address was provided!
Once the parcel is shipped we can not change the shipping address or cancel the order until the order is returned to us.
The return of any order is the buyer's responsibility. Please read our return policy for more information.
We use FedEx Economy services for international shipping and Hungarian Post for domestic orders.
At this time we provide shipping to: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Slovenia, Romania, Australia, Japan, New Zealand ,Philippines, Singapore, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brasil, Turkey, Iceland.
Countries we are unable to ship to due to Eu regulations or due to the shipping service provider: Austria, Slovakia, Czechia, Russia, Ukraine, Luxemburg, Bulgaria, Estonia,Denmark, Greece, Serbia, and more.
We are unable to ship international orders via FedEx to P.O. Boxes. military addresses (APO, FPO). We can however ship to PO BOXes via National Post.

For the successful delivery, we ask you to provide us exact and valid shipping address and contact details at the time of your order, including phone number and email address ! Expect delivery during business hours (9am - 5pm).
A tracking number is provided for all orders! Orders typically arrive in four 5 to 8 business days worldwide (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), but occasionally it may take longer depending on customs.
For domestoc orders , shipping takes approx 2-3 days.

Customs and import taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Leafling Kft. will not be held responsible for any fees incurred! Please check your country's regulations before ordering if you are unsure. Due to the pandemic we can only ship to country’s that are accepting international mail at this time, this list can change at any time and if we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you.
Remote Area Surcharge
This surcharge is applied for delivery to or pickup from an out-of-delivery area, which are less accessible for pickups and deliveries. If you live in a remote location, like rural areas where there is no FedEx location nearby, the original shipping cost will not cover the total shipping fee. In this case we will contact you before dispatching the parcel, with the exact shipping fee, if you are unable or unwilling to cover the additional fees we will cancel and refund your order.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice. With your delivery attempt notice you can request a new delivery by contacting FedEx directly with your tracking number to schedule a new delivery. Do not delay the delivery and or customs process of your parcel, because they can charge you for additional storage fees. FedEx will only store your parcel for 5 days in total before the parcel gets destroyed! In this case we won’t be able to resend the item or provide a refund of the order!
Completing the custom process and accepting the delivery of the parcel is the responsibility of the buyer and Leafling Kft. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value! For this reason please check what your country's import restrictions are from the EU before placing your order and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur. Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against the law and we will not do so!
If your package shows it has been delivered and it is not at your business or home, please contact FedEx with your tracking nr. In some countries, FedEx requires a signature on deliveries. However, in US FedEx can leave your package without a signature. Leafling Kft. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value if the recipients allowed FedEx to leave your package without a signature!
